The organization was formed by local business leaders Bob Fonti and Gina Coletti, aiming to become a champion for business interests in Suffolk County. The group did not look to supplant existing chambers of commerce but instead to enhance them by becoming a unified voice for more regional priorities.

The Business Solutions Roundtable is a networking group that has been meeting  at the Stony Brook Small Business Development Center since 2006.   At the monthly meetings, attendees discuss issues they are facing in their businesses and with the combined expertise of the group, come up with possible solutions.  The Roundtable is not a forum for self-promotion or to pitch your business but instead, the focus is to build relationships with other small business owners and find solutions to problems.   The Business Solutions Roundtable is a Win/Win for all who attend!

2:30pm

Newsday will moderate an informative discussion and interactive Q&A about the future of Long Island development projects including The Nassau Hub and The UBS Arena at Belmont Park.

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Comedy Show Fundraiser September 13, 2020
At Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy, we never thought that our twenty years helping people prepare to become patients we would be so overwhelmed by a pandemic that is on everyone’s mind.
We hear about the symptoms, the testing and the numbers but what can people do to prepare?
That is what we have been doing at Pulse for over twenty years – preparing people to become patients for the best possible outcomes.
The TakeCHARGE, 5 Steps to Safer Healthcare is a campaign that we started in 2019. Now, through virtual workshops, presentation, social media and ambassador training to expand our work, we can reach more people.
But, we need support to continue and grow!
All payments can be made to https://pulsecenterforpatientsafety.org/donations/ Please put the date and amount of payment so we can match it up to you. Or, to avoid fees, send checks to Pulse PO Box 353 Wantagh, NY 11793. All checks must be received by September 10th.
